PCT High Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber
PCT High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber is used to test products and materials in harsh temperatures, saturated humidity (100%R.H.[saturated water vapor]), and pressure environments. It is high humidity resistance test equipment.
For example, test the absorption rate of the printed circuit board (PCB or FPC), the moisture resistance of semiconductor packaging, the circuit break caused by corrosion in the dynamic metallization area, and the short circuit caused by pollution between the package pins.

The controller adopts the original imported 7 inch color LCD touch-screen, direct key-press type, with wide angle of view, high contrast function and PID control function.

Display | The screen adopts conversation type, keyboard entering is not needed any more. Touch the screen for options.
SV (setting value) and PV(present value) can be showed on the screen. It can display the remaining time of present test. Operation cumulative time can be known. The setting value is displayed in graphic curves, and program curve can in real time. With a separate editing screen, you can enter temperature, humidity, pressure and test time. The Chinese and English can be switched at any time; the fault prompt screen is displayed; the screen can be adjusted backlight. The screen display protection function can be timed, TIMER or manually closing the settings. |
