The amount of formaldehyde released from wood-based panels is an important indicator for measuring the quality of wood-based panels, which is related to the pollution of products to the environment and their impact on human health. The climate box detection method for formaldehyde emission of 1 m3 is a commonly used standard for formaldehyde emission detection in indoor decoration and decoration materials. Its characteristic is to simulate the indoor climate environment, and the detection results are closer to reality, thus being true and reliable.

*Humidity control methods The intelligent combination of dry wet   method and dew point method is used to control the relative humidity of the   working cabin. Taking advantage of the advantages of dry wet method and dew   point method, the set humidity can be quickly reached within one hour through   dry wet method. After reaching the set humidity, it automatically switches to   dew point method to assist in humidity control, achieving very stable   results. The humidity fluctuation is basically not more than 1.5%, far   superior to the standard requirement of 3%. And it will not generate water   droplets on the bulkhead;
control system The touch control screen is used as the   dialogue interface for personnel to operate equipment. The Siemens PLC   control system in Germany uses the touch control screen as the dialogue   interface for personnel to operate equipment.
