Power transmission mode | 1. The battery is clamped in two flat plate extrusion pressure in the hydraulic pressure transmission. 2. After the battery was firmly clamped, the pressure began to squeeze until the number was raised to the hydraulic cylinder 2500 (17.2Mpa). The pressure between the two plates is 3000 pounds (13KN), the sudden pressure release. 3. Battery diameter parallel to the plate. Battery Crusher Machine Features
- The wire is enclosed with a metal fireproof cover, which is available to prevent flame during the testing process.
- The lighting system is designed to observe the internal testing process.
- Nail Penetration/Crush Force is controllable within 250N to 13KN and meets different standards.
- A wire hole can test internal temperature or air pressure, while a vent hole with an air blower can discharge the exhaust air.
- The control system employs an independent control cabinet and is separated from the test chamber by a distance of 1-2 meters. So it can reduce the noise and improve safety.
