A composite salt fog chamber is suitable for surface treatment of various materials with temperature and humidity salt spray. Such as coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic film leather, harmful anti-rust oil coating, and other anti-corrosion treatments. This is used to test corrosion resistance. The salt spray chamber can also protect exterior lighting, signaling devices, and vehicle lamp housings.

Salt Fog Test Chamber Features
- The automatic/manual water system automatically adds the water level. If the water level is low, the test is not interrupted. The water level is an insufficient warning to ensure the use of safety.
- Precision glass nozzle (PYREX) made of special glass, mist spread evenly and naturally falls on the specimen. The salt spray test equipment can be used continuously for 4000 hours to ensure no crystallization salt blockage.
- Inlet temperature controller using a digital display, PID control, error of ± 0.1 ° C.
- The salt spray chamber uses direct steam heating, heating up fast and reducing standby time. Heating tubes have highly corrosion-resistant titanium tubing.
- Laboratory basket rack using a plane indexing rack can arbitrarily adjust the angle. Four off the fog, and the direction is completely consistent.
